Delete your data

Lionheart Tarot is developed by Navi Software. You can delete specific data — such as individual readings — without deleting your whole account. (To remove your entire account and all its data, see Delete your account.)

Delete a single reading (in the app, immediate)

Remove one reading and its Oracle conversation at any time:

1. Open the reading — from the Journal tab, or right after you draw it.
2. Tap the ⋮ menu at the top-right.
3. Tap Delete reading and confirm.
4. That reading and its Oracle conversation are permanently deleted.

Request other data deletion by email

To delete other data, or a broader set of your data, email support-lionheart@navi.software from the email address associated with your account (or tell us how to identify your account) and describe what you'd like removed. Please put "Delete my data" in the subject. We verify the request and action it within 30 days.

What is deleted

• the readings you delete, together with their Oracle conversations;
• any other personal data you specifically ask us to remove, where we are not required to keep it.

What is kept

We retain a limited amount of information only where we are required to, and only for as long as required — for example, purchase and transaction records needed to meet legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Such records are de-identified or anonymised where possible. Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may also be retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
