Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Navi Software ("Lionheart", "we", "us") governing your use of the Lionheart Tarot app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.
Licence
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from.
Entertainment & AI content
Lionheart's readings are generated by artificial intelligence and are for personal reflection and entertainment only. They are not predictions and are not professional advice of any kind. Please read our AI Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.
Lionheart+ subscriptions
- Lionheart offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, "Lionheart+", which unlocks premium features. Pricing and the billing period are shown in the App before you purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings — not inside the App. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
- If a free trial or introductory offer is provided, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we generally cannot issue refunds directly. See our Help & Contact page.
Ads and credits
Free accounts may see advertisements and use a limited number of AI credits. Subscribing to Lionheart+ removes ads and lifts those limits as described in the App.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems.
- Misuse the AI features, including attempting to generate harmful or abusive content.
Intellectual property
The App, its design, artwork, and content (other than content you enter) are owned by Navi Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our trademarks or branding.
Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that readings will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Navi Software will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any decisions you make based on the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account from within it.
Apple App Store
If you download the App from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Navi Software only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. The licence granted is limited to use on Apple-branded devices you own or control and as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.
