Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Navi Software ("Lionheart", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Lionheart Tarot mobile app (the "App"). By using the App you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account details — when you sign in, we receive an identifier from your chosen provider (email address for email sign-in, or an identifier from Google or Apple) and a unique account ID. You can also use the App as an anonymous guest; if you later sign in, your guest activity is linked to your new account.
- "Your information" (personalisation text) — the free-text description of yourself you may enter in Settings to personalise readings.
- Your questions, readings, and journal entries — the questions you ask, the readings that are generated, and reflections you save.
Information collected automatically
- Purchase & subscription status — whether you have an active Lionheart+ subscription and related purchase records (payment is processed by Apple or Google; we do not receive your full card details).
- Device & usage data — device type, operating system, app version, language, crash logs, and basic usage analytics.
- Advertising identifiers — for free accounts that see ads, our advertising partner may use device advertising identifiers as described below.
How we use your information
- To generate and personalise your readings and Oracle answers.
- To create and sync your account, history, and journal across devices.
- To process and restore subscriptions and manage the free tier.
- To show ads to free users and to measure app performance.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To keep the App secure and to comply with legal obligations.
AI processing of your content
To generate readings, the App sends your question and, when provided, your "Your information" personalisation text to a third-party AI model provider that runs the language models on our behalf. That provider processes this content only to return a reading to you. Please avoid entering sensitive personal information you would not want processed this way. See our AI Disclaimer for how to interpret AI readings.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf, including:
- Google Firebase — authentication, crash reporting, and analytics.
- Our AI model provider — to generate readings, as described above.
- Advertising partner (e.g. Google AdMob) — to serve ads to free users.
- Apple and Google — to process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Before publishing, confirm this list matches the exact SDKs and providers shipped in the build, and align it with your App Store / Google Play data-safety disclosures.
Your rights and choices
- Delete your account and data — you can permanently delete your account and associated data from within the App (Settings → Account → Delete account), or by emailing us.
- Access, correction, portability, objection — if you are in the EEA/UK, you have these rights under the GDPR.
- California residents — under the CCPA/CPRA you have the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We honour Global Privacy Control signals as an opt-out. We do not sell your data.
- Ad personalisation — you can limit ad tracking through your device settings, or remove ads by subscribing to Lionheart+.
To exercise any right, contact us at the address below.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise your personal data, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting, or security obligations.
International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, which may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
Children
Lionheart is intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; significant changes may also be notified in the App.
