Delete your account

Lionheart Tarot is developed by Navi Software. You can permanently delete your Lionheart account and its associated data at any time, using either method below.

Delete in the app (immediate)

This removes your account right away and cannot be undone:

1. Open the Lionheart app.
2. Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
3. Tap Account → Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.

Or request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support-lionheart@navi.software from the email address associated with your account (or tell us how to identify your account). Please put "Delete my account" in the subject. We will verify the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When your account is deleted, we permanently remove:

• your account and sign-in identifiers (email, or your Google / Apple sign-in);
• your profile and app preferences;
• your saved readings and private journal entries;
• your daily streak history;
• your credit balance and subscription / entitlement state held in your wallet.

What may be kept

We retain a limited amount of information only where we are required to, and only for as long as required — for example, purchase and transaction records needed to meet legal, accounting, tax, or fraud-prevention obligations. Such records are de-identified or anonymised where possible. Aggregated analytics that no longer identify you may also be retained. See our Privacy Policy for details.
