How do the readings work?

You choose a spread and ask a question; Lionheart draws cards and uses AI to compose a reflective reading. Readings are for reflection and entertainment only — see our AI Disclaimer.

What is Lionheart+ and what are credits?

Free accounts get a limited number of AI credits and see occasional ads. Lionheart+ is an auto-renewing subscription that removes ads and unlocks unlimited readings and deeper features. Pricing is shown in the App before you subscribe.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by the app store, not inside Lionheart:

Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the period ends.

How do I restore a purchase?

Reinstalled the App or switched devices? Open Settings in the App and use "Restore purchases", signed in to the same Apple or Google account you purchased with.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds are handled by the app store, not by us:

How do I sign in or sync across devices?

You can use Lionheart as a guest, or sign in with Google, Apple, or email to sync your readings and journal. Signing in keeps your journey across devices.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the App, go to Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and associated data. You can also email us to request deletion. See our Privacy Policy.

How do I change the language or text size?

Both are in Settings → Preferences.
